Accountant

• assist with year-end financial activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
• process purchase orders and verify supporting documentation to maintain accurate records
• perform treasury operations tasks, including monitoring transactions and maintaining financial data
• conduct bank reconciliations to ensure proper alignment of financial statements
• manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently and accurately
• reconcile accounts and prepare necessary accounting entries to maintain financial integrity
• handle and organize financial images and documents for ongoing record-keeping needs
• collaborate with team members to address discrepancies and resolve accounting-related issues

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices
• proficiency in Excel for managing and analyzing financial data
• experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• ability to perform bank and account reconciliations accurately
• strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• effective communication skills for collaboration and issue resolution
