Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Handle financial reporting for projects and programs
Work with internal and external teams to ensure clear reporting expectations
Help prepare audit documents and support the annual audit
Complete monthly bank reconciliations
Create and analyze financial reports for the Treasurer’s Department
Assist in budgeting by collecting and analyzing financial data
Help prepare presentations for the Treasurer’s Department
Be willing to travel if needed
Perform other related tasks as assigned

Requirements:

BAC in Accounting or other relative experience
3 - 5 years of experience in similar role
Experience working with Sage 300 or other ERP Systems (an Asset)
Proficient in excel
Bilingual (an Asset)
