Job Description:

This is a client-facing position where you’ll work with a varied portfolio of Limited Companies, Partnerships, and Sole Traders. You’ll be preparing year-end accounts, management accounts, supporting clients with day-to-day queries, and, where possible, assisting with tax compliance and advisory work.

Job Responsibility:

  • Preparation of statutory accounts for Limited Companies, Partnerships, and Sole Traders
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and relevant legislation
  • Managing client relationships with professionalism and discretion
  • Assisting with Corporation Tax and Personal Tax Returns (ideal candidate)
  • Utilising CCH software to deliver accurate and efficient outcomes

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an accountancy practice (essential)
  • Proficiency in accounts preparation and tax compliance
  • Experience with CCH software preferred
  • ACCA/CA qualified or part-qualified (or qualified by experience)
  • Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage your own workload while contributing to a supportive team environment
