The Opportunity: Exciting opportunity to embed yourself in the finance function of a long-established, operationally driven New Zealand manufacturing business. Reporting to the owner, you’ll take responsibility for the core day-to-day accounting – AP/AR, month-end, management accounts, and compliance – with scope to grow your remit over time as payroll, job costing, and production costings transition your way. This role suits someone who’s comfortable getting on with it in a lean, close-knit environment.

Job costing, production costings and import costings
Day-to-day liaison with management on finance and operational queries
Requirements
Experience with AP/AR and reconciliations
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
MYOB Greentree experience preferred
Background in manufacturing, engineering, import or distribution highly regarded
NZ GST and FBT knowledge
Comfortable working autonomously in a small team environment
