Job Description

Working as part of the Regional Finance Team and reporting to the APAC Head of Finance, this role will be based in either our Sydney/Melbourne/Brisbane/Perth office to support finance related activities, primarily within regional locations including end of month reporting, general ledger maintenance, payroll and accounts receivable.

Job Responsibility

  • Preparation of end of month financial reporting pack
  • End of month journals and reconciliations
  • Responsible for general ledger maintenance
  • Accounts receivable including preparation of client progress claims
  • Monthly payroll processing and reconciliation
  • Assistance with end of year financial audits

Requirements

  • Holding an Accounting certification or degree with a minimum of 5-7 years' experience in a similar role preparing end of month financials
  • Possess good knowledge of IFRS, GST and ERP system
  • Highly numerate, proven time management skills, excellent customer service standards
