Working as part of the Regional Finance Team and reporting to the APAC Head of Finance, this role will be based in either our Sydney/Melbourne/Brisbane/Perth office to support finance related activities, primarily within regional locations including end of month reporting, general ledger maintenance, payroll and accounts receivable.
Job Responsibility
Preparation of end of month financial reporting pack
End of month journals and reconciliations
Responsible for general ledger maintenance
Accounts receivable including preparation of client progress claims
Monthly payroll processing and reconciliation
Assistance with end of year financial audits
Requirements
Holding an Accounting certification or degree with a minimum of 5-7 years' experience in a similar role preparing end of month financials
Possess good knowledge of IFRS, GST and ERP system
Highly numerate, proven time management skills, excellent customer service standards
