Accountant

• Oversee and manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare and post journal entries while maintaining the integrity of the general ledger
• Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Support month-end and year-end close procedures by preparing relevant documentation and reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounting workflows and financial operations
• Assist in the implementation and integration of accounting systems, including testing and data validation
• Maintain accurate records and documentation to support audits and compliance requirements
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency
• Analyze financial data to support decision-making and provide actionable insights to management

• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, with a focus on Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Proficiency in general ledger accounting and journal entry preparation
• Advanced knowledge of accounting software and tools, including Excel
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to changes and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Experience with process automation or accounting system integrations is a plus
