Job Responsibility:
Prepare and maintain detailed financial records and statements for a portfolio of clients
Perform account reconciliations to verify accuracy and ensure all transactions align with financial records
Analyze financial data and conduct technical accounting tasks to support various financial operations
Oversee bank reconciliations, resolving discrepancies and ensuring all transactions are accounted for
Utilize accounting software to streamline record-keeping and generate accurate reports
Collaborate with auditors by providing required documentation and responding to inquiries during audits
Handle special assignments and projects as directed by management
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently
Prepare Form 1099 and other financial documents as required
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations in all financial activities
Requirements:
Associate’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance is required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
Solid understanding of debits, credits, and general ledger functions
Proficiency in accounting software, with experience in Skyline being highly preferred
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
