Supports the day-to-day execution of general ledger impacted processes, including support to clients as they work with and understand these processes. Performs accounting functions specifically in the areas of account balancing, ledger reconciliation, reporting and discrepancy resolution.

Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy
Organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash and cash equivalents
Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information
Classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data
Prepare, maintain, audit, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables
Complete period-end closing procedures and reports
Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements
Follow-up and resolve past due accounts and vendor invoices
Prepare daily consolidated deposits of cash
Document, maintain, communicate, and act upon all Cash Variances
Prepare, maintain, and administer all cashier banks and contracts
Coordinates and implements accounting work and projects as assigned
Coordinates, implements and follows up on Accounting SOP audits
Complies with all applicable laws related to fraud and collection procedures
Generates and provides accurate and timely results
Analyzes information and evaluates results to choose the best solution
Compiles, codes, categorizes, calculates, tabulates, audits, or verifies information
Balances credit card ledgers
Verifies contracts for groups and performs credit reference checks

Requirements:
4-year bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major
