Job Description:

We are currently looking for an Accountant to join our Finance team in our UK office. Job Responsibility:

Perform accounting activities (booking disbursements /cash receipts)
Monitor the receivables/payables and reconcile bank statements for several legal entities of the group
Prepare payments on various e-banking platforms
Participate in the cash flow recording activities (actual) within the group to ensure accurate, and timely set of cash flow analysis
Collaborate with financial controlling teams to ensure the on time recording of the cash in & out activities
Assist the Country Finance Manager and the Controllers with monitoring budgets
Maintain and reconcile the balance sheet and general ledger accounts
Assist the Country Finance Manager with annual audit activities
Investigate and resolve audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance in cooperation with Country Finance Manager

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in an international environment
Solid accounting and tax skills including VAT, withholding tax, CIT
Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines in terms of both internal and external reporting requirements ensuring IFRS compliance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel
SAP knowledge is required
Prior experience within Renewables and/or EPC construction industry, will be regarded as a strong plus
