Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Reviewing and recording expense and fixed asset invoices
Reconciling the commercial ledger with general ledger accounts
Bank reconciliations
Preparing the company’s various monthly tax obligations
Supporting the Accounting Director with day-to-day tasks
Recording part of the imports in General and Analytical Accounting
Participating in the quarterly physical inventory counts of goods
Monitoring the Fixed Assets Register

Requirements:

University or Technological Educational Institute degree in Finance or Accounting
2-3 years of experience in an organized accounting department of commercial companies or in an accounting office
Very good command of MS Office applications
Strong knowledge of ERP systems (softone preferably)
Good command of the English language
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
