If you’re an accountant who wants to understand how a business truly operates, not just process transactions, this is the role for you. Ron Finemore Transport (RFT) offers more than a standard accounting position. This is an opportunity to build strong commercial capability in a role where your work is visible and valued. This full-time position is based at RFT’s Wodonga office. Being in the office means staying closely connected to operational activity, developing stronger business understanding, and working alongside a team that take pride in their work and bring a professional, collaborative approach to their work whilst maintaining a calm and approachable environment. In this role, you will gain exposure across core accounting functions while working closely with operational leaders and senior finance team members. As the organisation continues to grow, the scope of the role will evolve, including opportunities to be involved in projects and initiatives that support business improvement. While the role is positioned at an Accountant level, we recognise experience varies and would welcome conversations with candidates bringing broader capability, with scope and remuneration aligned accordingly.
