Job Responsibility

  • Prepare, examine, and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and statements
  • Manage general ledger entries and ensure reconciliation of accounts
  • Process receivable transactions and monitor for discrepancies
  • Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures in accordance with established timelines
  • Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports
  • Support internal and external audits by providing requested financial information and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, errors, or potential improvements
  • Maintain documentation for all financial transactions and ensure proper filing for audit trails
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting issues and support company initiatives
  • Assist with payroll processing and related journal entries as necessary

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, with a focus on Accounts Receivable preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and processes
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills with a courteous and detail-oriented approach
  • Familiarity with accounting software or systems is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred
