Job Description

BaseSGN is looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to support the company’s financial data and day-to-day accounting work. You’ll handle bookkeeping, contribute to clear financial reporting, and help keep workflows running smoothly across the agency. We’re seeking someone who enjoys working with numbers, values accuracy, works well under pressure, and feels comfortable collaborating in an international, team-oriented environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Prepare necessary documents, including contracts, work approvals, and liquidation, for Account Managers to send to clients
  • Coordinate closely with Account Managers to track payment schedules and collect payments from clients on time
  • Issue precise invoices and record receivables into the FAST Accounting system to ensure up-to-date financial tracking
  • Organize and properly file all records and supporting documents
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks related to receivables as assigned by the finance team
  • Prepare and process payments to vendors, employees, and banks according to schedule
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor bank account balances to ensure data integrity
  • Input and update transaction data in FAST Accounting software to ensure accuracy and compliance with monthly closing procedures
  • Organize and properly file all records and supporting documents
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks related to payables as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • 1–2 years of experience in an Account Payables or Account Receivables position
  • Proficiency in FAST Accounting software and financial data management
  • Integrity, humble attitude, and a strong teamwork player
  • High sense of responsibility and the ability to work under high pressure
  • Attention to detail and absolute accuracy in data handling
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively to meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with Vietnamese tax regulations, with the ability to stay up to date with changes
  • Good English skills for an international working context

Nice to have

  • Experience managing financial workflows within a branding or creative agency
  • Ability to communicate financial requirements clearly to non-finance team members
