Job Description

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and motivated Accountant to support day‑to‑day accounting operations and month‑end close activities. This role will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting reporting needs, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist with month‑end and year‑end close, including journal entries and account reconciliations
  • Prepare and reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts
  • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes as needed
  • Analyze variances and assist with financial reporting
  • Maintain ledgers and supporting schedules in accordance with GAAP
  • Assist with audit preparation and provide requested documentation
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate financial data
  • Support process improvements and special accounting projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 2–5+ years of accounting experience
  • Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and reconciliations
  • Experience with month‑end close
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP preferred)
  • Experience with accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks, or other ERP systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
