Job Description:

AWTG Ltd is seeking a talented and motivated Accountant to join our high-performing Finance team. You’ll play a vital role in supporting our global operations and have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills.

Job Responsibility:

Full accounting and financial management
Preparation of timely management reports, forecast, cashflow, audit preparation
Manage time and cost reporting for projects and staff
Oversee financial processes, policies, and best practices, continuously improving internal controls
Manage project financial control and reporting
Manage transaction processing and supervise team members to ensure accurate recordkeeping
Manage R&D claims, funded projects, and ensure compliance with government reporting requirements
Develop strong relationships with business unit leaders to provide strategic financial guidance
Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and innovation
Additional duties as needed

Requirements:

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with higher degree in accounting and finance
Proven experience (3-5years) as Accountant in fast growing sector
Good understanding on revenue recognition and forecast cost
Strong IT skills, Advance Excel – Pivot Tables, Power BI, Power query, Lookups
Knowledge of Quick Books and other accounting systems
Knowledge of accounting and reporting automation
High drive to succeed and demonstrate innovative initiatives
Advanced knowledge in using Excel for reporting and automation

Nice to have:

Master’s degree in business administration and management is an advantage
Knowledge of using Jira is a plus
