Job Responsibility

  • Support the work related to the General Accounting process of the Global Business Service, particularly the accounting process of renewable generation companies in Poland (wind and solar)
  • Keeping accounting records in the SAP system (invoices/purchases, fixed assets, sales, accruals and deferrals)
  • Accounts reconciliation
  • Monthly analysis of trial balances
  • Accounting, monitoring and control of financial investments
  • Provision of accounting information to support tax assessments
  • Preparation and analysis of the annual accounts/financial statements of companies
  • Control of the balances and transactions between the Group's companies
  • Preparation of information for internal control and audits
  • Participate in projects and collaborate with the various areas of the organization as needed
  • Provide solution to standardize, automate, improve and simply processes/procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor's / master’s degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Finance or similar
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in accounting functions
  • Highly valued knowledge of IFRS Standards
  • Mastery of Office tools
  • Mastery of the English language
  • Highly valued knowledge of Polish GAAP / Accounting standards
  • Highly valued practical knowledge of the SAP system (FI, AA, MM, SD modules)
  • Knowledge of Power Query or other automation tools is also valued
