Job Responsibility:
Administrative control of expenses and resources with business sense
Determine financial statements quickly and with reliable and truthful information
Follow-up of expense execution, trend analysis, budget control, comparisons against forecasts, budgets, etc
Contribute in the good performance of the HPT'S teams
Perform budgets for sales, expenses, production, purchases, collections, etc
Knowledge of Oracle financial modules, multi-site manufacturing company experience and hands-on experience doing inventory counts, preferred
Self-motivated, capable of seeking quality solutions and continuously focusing on process improvements, while keeping the needs of the business in the forefront
Understanding of standard cost accounting, preferred
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
Experience in perform budgets for sales, expenses, production, purchases, collections, etc
Experience in perform balance sheet of Assets, Liabilities - Inventories, investments, fixed assets, cash, banks, etc
Highly proficient in Excel
Knowledge about SOX
Strong proficiency with ERP/Financial systems such as Oracle / SAP
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel and using complex formulas, pivot tables, and macros
