Job Description:

Perform accounting and financial tasks such as maintaining records, preparing reports, auditing, and managing cash and accounts. Ensure compliance with policies, promote teamwork, maintain professionalism, and execute other job responsibilities as assigned.

Job Responsibility:

Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy
Organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash and cash equivalents
Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information
Classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data
Prepare, maintain, audit, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables
Complete period-end closing procedures and reports
Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements
Follow-up and resolve past due accounts and vendor invoices
Prepare daily consolidated deposits of cash
Document, maintain, communicate, and act upon all Cash Variances
Prepare, maintain, and administer all cashier banks and contracts

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience
