Job Description:

As an Accountant-General at Four Points by Sheraton Qingdao West Coast, you will handle financial records, reports, and analysis while maintaining confidentiality and upholding company policies. You will support overall financial management and provide a seamless accounting service within the hotel setting.

Job Responsibility:

Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy
organize, secure, and maintain files, records, cash, and cash equivalents
record, store, access, and analyze financial information
classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data
prepare, maintain, audit, and distribute reports and tables
complete period-end closing procedures
prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements
follow-up and resolve past due accounts and vendor invoices
prepare daily consolidated deposits
maintain and administer cashier banks and contracts
communicate and address cash variances
support team and maintain positive working relationships
perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 1 year of related work experience
no supervisory experience
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
clear and professional communication skills
confidentiality and professionalism
familiarity with financial records, accounting systems, and data analysis.
