Join Our Team as an Entry Level Accountant! Location: London, Bond Street Contract Type: Permanent Salary: £30,000 Working Pattern: Full Time (2 days in the office, 3 days remote). Job Responsibility

  • Manage full-cycle accounting for 20+ accounts
  • Maintain the general ledger, reconciliations, and financial records
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Develop budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections as needed
  • Track capital calls, distributions, and valuations
  • Maintain investment accounting and performance reporting
  • Coordinate with brokers and investment managers
  • Oversee bank accounts and liquidity
  • Execute wires, payments, and transfers with proper controls
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable using tools like ApprovalMax
  • Administer end-to-end payroll across three countries, ensuring compliance
  • Partner with external tax advisors for filings and planning
  • Prepare supporting schedules and documentation
  • Ensure compliance for personal and company taxes across entities
  • Manage vendor payments and household/office expenses
  • Support audits and maintain internal controls
  • Assist with financial analysis for new investments or transactions
  • Serve as a liaison with legal, tax, payroll, and investment professionals

Requirements
