Accountant - Entry Level

• Process tour and show settlements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines
• Manage deposits, invoicing, and payment transactions with precision
• Follow up on booking documentation to maintain organized records
• Reconcile accounts and bank statements to ensure financial accuracy
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks effectively
• Record accounting entries and maintain accurate financial data
• Collaborate with team members to meet project goals and deadlines
• Utilize accounting software and tools to streamline processes
• Assist with additional tasks as needed within the accounting department

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• 1-2 years of accounting experience
• Proficiency in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Experience with bank reconciliations and account reconciliations
• Ability to accurately record accounting entries and maintain detailed records
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with accounting software and tools is a plus
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
