Accountant - Entry Level

• Compile and process weekly and monthly global sales reports from international and domestic offices
• Upload monthly trial balances from subsidiary offices into the designated organizational system
• Conduct account reconciliations, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) activities
• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial records
• Prepare and post accounting entries in accordance with established procedures and policies
• Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills to analyze and manage financial data
• Contribute to ad hoc projects and financial tasks as assigned
• Leverage knowledge of US accounting standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Support the implementation of financial systems such as Planful or similar platforms, if applicable

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• At least 3 years of accounting experience
• Proficiency in US accounting standards and principles
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with financial systems and tools, such as Planful, is an advantage
