Job Responsibility:
Process accounts payable transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Perform bank reconciliations to align financial records with statements
Reconcile accounts to ensure financial data consistency and resolve discrepancies
Manage accounts receivable activities, tracking payments and maintaining accurate records
Record accounting entries and maintain organized documentation for audit purposes
Requirements:
Familiarity with accounts payable procedures and workflows
Experience or knowledge of bank reconciliation processes
Understanding of account reconciliation and related principles
Basic knowledge of accounts receivable management
Ability to create accurate accounting entries and maintain structured records
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar accounting tools
