Job Description:

Drive Order book execution activities by ensuring sales demand will be fulfilled on time and in full. Ensure high level of customer service is provided while fulfilling an on-time delivery for all distribution channels to meet Go to Market dates. Maintain continuous follow up actions to achieve the required KPI targets.

Job Responsibility:

  • Accounting for fixed assets (fixed assets, intangible assets), preparation of primary documentation
  • Accounting for capital repairs (initial valuation, subsequent valuation, write-off of capital repairs)
  • Performs monthly depreciation accruals
  • Timely submission of statistical reports on fixed assets
  • Participation in the preparation of the tax register for fixed assets for corporate income tax purposes
  • Establishing and processing bank payments
  • Accounting for cash transactions in the bank based on statements
  • Preparing applications for store cash collection, installing and maintaining POS terminals for accepting bank cards, and processing non-cash refunds to customers
  • Accounting for cash collection transactions, reconciling cash in transit with in-store accounting database data
  • Preparing applications for opening/closing transaction passports, crediting payments to the account, and reconciling with the bank on repatriation matters
  • Communicating with bank employees on current matters
  • Overseeing the opening and closing of current transit, settlement, deposit, security, and other accounts
  • Maintaining bank account agreements and monthly confirming account balances with the bank
  • Monthly cash planning
  • Organizing the timely financial closure of the accounting section
  • Generating reports to the National Bank and submitting them within the established deadlines
  • Monitoring travel expenses for retail personnel
  • Monitoring the legality of entertainment expenses incurred by retail personnel
  • Monitoring the preparation and accounting of expense reports
  • Monitoring the timely closing of accountable amounts
  • Compiling a tax register of travel expenses for corporate income tax purposes
  • Writing/updating policies and procedures within the relevant area

Requirements:

  • Higher education in accounting
  • 2 or more years of experience as an accountant in the relevant area (experience working in an international company would be an advantage)
  • Knowledge of accounting entries for the relevant area
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and legal regulations for the relevant area (knowledge of IFRS would be an advantage)
  • Confident Excel user
  • Multitasking, stress resistance, accuracy, attention to detail, responsibility
  • English level - Beginner
