We are seeking an Accountant/Document Control Analyst to help shape the future of manufacturing while advancing your professional journey! This is a full-time, contract to hire position for our client located 100% onsite in Fremont, CA. This is your chance to join a talented team where you can grow and make a meaningful impact!

Job Responsibility:

  • Analyze and verify ECO data for completeness and accuracy
  • Drive implementation into ERP systems (Priority/Oracle) following SOPs
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, planning, supply chain, manufacturing, and finance teams to ensure seamless new product introductions (NPI)
  • Manage BOM structures, import documentation, and comparisons to maintain accurate records
  • Review and analyze ECOs for potential audits and financial impacts
  • Update document control procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and traceability requirements
  • Work with teams across operations, finance, and manufacturing to test ECO impacts, troubleshoot ERP changes, and generate automated reports
  • Provide weekly updates on key tasks and goals to keep stakeholders informed
  • Review and validate data for accuracy and completeness, ensuring compliance with organizational standards
  • Enter and manage data within systems such as Oracle or Priority, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes
  • Analyze engineering change orders and assess their impact on manufacturing workflows and costs
  • Collaborate with planning teams to test and implement changes, providing data-driven insights to improve operations
  • Work closely with finance teams to support cost assessments and develop automated reporting solutions
  • Partner with manufacturing engineering teams to execute updates and changes in Agile systems
  • Prepare and deliver weekly reports summarizing completed tasks and outlining plans for upcoming activities
  • Act as a backup for planning activities, ensuring continuity in operations when needed
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Associate degree in a technical field, or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in accounting, document control, data analysis, or manufacturing engineering within industries such as semiconductor or medical equipment is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like pivot tables and macros
  • Familiarity with Oracle or Priority ERP systems is preferred
  • Experience with Agile systems and tools such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in managing and verifying data
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including finance, planning, and engineering
  • Excellent communication skills to convey updates and resolve issues with stakeholders

Nice to have:

Experience with Agile systems and tools such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD
