Job Description:

You will join a finance team that supports global operations and ensures strong financial accuracy, governance, and compliance. The purpose of this role is to produce accurate cash flow insights, uphold compliance and tax obligations, and strengthen banking, credit card, and treasury administration. You will gain exposure to a wide range of finance processes, systems, and global stakeholders while contributing to a high-trust, detail-oriented environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver accurate weekly cash flow reporting that supports financial visibility and decision making
  • Improve forecasting accuracy by preparing monthly cash flow forecasts and reconciling them to profit and loss statements
  • Reduce compliance risk by preparing regulatory filings and direct and indirect tax returns across multiple countries
  • Strengthen treasury operations by managing online banking portals, payment troubleshooting, and user access
  • Maintain reliable credit card administration by issuing and cancelling cards and supporting users
  • Ensure governance accuracy by maintaining the delegated authority matrix and aligning ERP approval limits
  • Improve operational efficiency by administering SharePoint, OneDrive, and DocuSign structures and workflows for the finance division

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accountancy, Business, Commerce or a related field
  • Minimum three years of relevant accounting or finance experience
  • Advanced Excel skills with strong capability in PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
  • Experience using large ERP systems, with Workday considered advantageous
  • High attention to detail with strong prioritisation and deadline discipline
  • Clear and confident communication with effective stakeholder collaboration
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond positively to changing priorities
  • Self motivated problem solver who works effectively both independently and as part of a large team
