Job Description:

Are you looking for a new challenge and have experience as an Accountant and Admin Assistant? Do you like working in a fast paced environment? Do you have experience working in the medical industry? If so, the Accountant and Admin Assistant Position in Saint-Laurent is ideal for you!

Job Responsibility:

  • Full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple holding companies using QuickBooks
  • Reconcile bank transactions, intercompany transfers, and shareholder loans
  • Ensure accurate records for accounting, tax filings, and compliance
  • Provide executive support including calendar/email management and document preparation
  • Coordinate travel, personal logistics, and expense reporting
  • Manage real estate tasks such as lease tracking, rent collection, and property expenses
  • Liaise with property managers, tenants, and service providers
  • Maintain records for personal investments, mortgages, and financial reporting
  • Communicate with banks, brokers, and advisors on behalf of the CEO

Requirements:

  • DEC/BAC in Accounting or other relative experience
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in similar role
  • Experience working with QuickBooks Online or other ERP Systems (an Asset)
  • Proficient in excel
  • Bilingual (an Asset)
