Job Description:

We are seeking a Part-Qualified Accountant with a minimum of 2 years' experience in practice. The ideal candidate will be confident in client communication and capable of managing their own portfolio. You'll be working across a broad range of areas including Income Tax, Corporation Tax, Limited Company Accounts, Sole Trader Accounts.

Job Responsibility:

Act as the first point of contact for a portfolio of clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Respond to client queries in a timely and professional manner
Prepare year-end accounts for limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships
Assist in the preparation of management accounts
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
Prepare and submit Corporation Tax returns
Prepare and file Self-Assessment tax returns
Assist with tax planning and advisory work
Prepare VAT returns and ensure compliance

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' experience in an accountancy practice
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage a portfolio and meet deadlines
Proficiency in handling a variety of client sectors
Part qualified Accountant or equivalent
