We are on the lookout for a meticulous and dedicated Accountant - Entry Level to become a part of our team in the manufacturing industry, located in Parsippany, New Jersey, United States. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity and involves handling various accounting functions, maintaining account records, and working with different accounting software systems.

Job Responsibility:

Efficiently process various accounting entries and account coding tasks
Utilize Accounting Software Systems and Dynamics NAV for carrying out day-to-day accounting functions
Regularly reconcile account records and maintain their accuracy
Leverage Adobe Acrobat and ERP Solutions to enhance accounting processes
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) with precision and timeliness
Conduct thorough account analysis to ensure financial accuracy
Address and resolve any issues or inquiries related to customer accounts
Monitor and review customer accounts regularly and take appropriate actions when required
