Job Description:

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Accountant - Entry Level at our location in Parsippany, New Jersey. This position primarily involves handling accounting functions, analyzing accounts, and maintaining account entries. You will be responsible for working on-site for the initial training period and the possibility of remote work will be discussed at a later stage.

Job Responsibility:

Handle accounting tasks and ensure accuracy in all entries
Conduct analysis of account details and interpret the results
Utilize Microsoft Excel for various tasks such as creating pivot tables and performing V-Lookups
Ensure account reconciliations are performed regularly and discrepancies are addressed promptly
Use accounting software systems to manage and maintain financial data
Validate all financial data and reports to ensure accuracy
Prepare and run financial reports as and when required

Requirements:

Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
Demonstrated ability in Account Analysis
Experience with Accounting Entries
Familiarity with all Accounting Functions
Prior experience with Account Reconciliation
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
