Job Description:

As a member of Baxter’s sales team, you’ll be aligned to one of our global business units and be responsible for new business, developing existing accounts and ensuring patient-centric approach in all your dealings. You’ll work within an assigned geographic area or with specific accounts to achieve or exceed personal and business goals, all in pursuit of our mission to save and sustain lives. In the sales role, you’ll have the opportunity to provide input on new markets and products, manage customer concerns, and collaborate with other teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Calling on targeted accounts within a defined geographical area, field‑based, with assigned annual quota
  • Sales support to include various activities including but not limited to demos, on site customers support, order/supply assistance, coordination of Baxter teams, general support of customer
  • Tradeshows, as well as educational event support
  • Assist with customer training needs
  • Support business presentations, QBRs, and customer/Baxter updates
  • Support team on marketing and any cross functional field sales support needs specific to Advanced Surgery

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or minimum 2+ years of experience in field sales or field sales support role in the medical device field
  • Strong understanding of common computer software, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, Tableau, and AcuityMD preferred
  • Strong presentation skills
