Job Responsibility
Develop and lead customer technology strategies and long-term digital transformation roadmaps
Act as a trusted advisor to senior customer stakeholders, including C-level executives
Identify, shape, and drive new business opportunities and demand generation
Align customer business objectives with Microsoft solutions and industry best practices
Orchestrate cross-functional teams (internal, partners, and customer) to deliver solutions
Lead account planning, stakeholder mapping, and execution of strategic initiatives
Deliver executive-level presentations, insights, and thought leadership on technology trends
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field AND 6+ years technical consulting, technical consultative selling, business consulting, practice building, or related technical/sales experience OR equivalent experience.
Professional proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, executives, and cross-functional stakeholders in both written and verbal business environments.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field AND 12+ years technical consulting, technical consultative selling, business consulting, practice building, or related technical/sales experience OR equivalent experience.
6+ years experience in relevant customer industry.
6+ years experience in digital transformation, or using technology to drive customer business outcomes.
