Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experience professional to join our team based in either Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane to become our new Account Technology Director at JLL. The Account Technology Director is an emerging role within this industry and JLL is leading the way. This role will require someone who can act as a leader, advisor, and an innovator. You will be supporting the Work Dynamics team who work with up to 6 clients to ensure technology needs are met whilst liaising with account directors and clients. This role is predominantly client focused and works on ensuring their requirements are met at all times.

Job Responsibility

  • Delivers insights and best practices in business-technology innovation management
  • Recommends innovation priorities through strategic vision and delivery roadmap
  • Assists client to educate line of business to drive digital change management and user adoption
  • Aligns technology and data operations through the life cycle
  • Liaises with delivery teams and tracks implementations safeguarding information
  • Meets frequently with C-Suite executives and client real estate leaders
  • Achieves reference status with all clients
  • Serve as single point of accountability for all JLLT services delivered for medium-large clients
  • Monitor status and success of initiatives
  • Act as point of escalation for customer concerns
  • Proactively prepare for client renewal
  • Provide guidance and strategy to Solutions Development team for digital portion sales pursuits

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7-10 years of relevant industry/domain experience
  • Proven track record in creating innovative strategies to retain and grow client base
  • Deep expertise in the industry of the assigned accounts (Banking, Insurance, Public Institutions, Healthcare, etc.)
  • Understands the market of CRE Technologies, Prop Tech, IWMS, Smart Buildings, IoT
  • Experience in roles such as technical or proptech consulting, technical account management, or technology sales and business development
