Job Responsibility:
Leading projects with increasing autonomy, from strategy through media delivery, ensuring all client deliverables are met
Collaborating across departments while managing internal teams and external partners effectively
Overseeing productions of all sizes, from planning through execution, leveraging agency and external resources (TV, radio, video, photography)
Serving as a trusted strategic advisor to clients, contributing meaningfully to their marketing and business initiatives
Building and maintaining strong client relationships through proactive, thoughtful engagement
Clearly articulating strategic, creative, and media insights internally and externally
Understanding the rationale behind creative work and client requests to guide projects effectively
Planning and organizing team workflows to manage multiple projects successfully
Delivering projects on time, within budget, and with measurable results
Anticipating challenges, proposing proactive solutions, and partnering with teams to resolve issues
Demonstrating strong problem-solving skills while remaining flexible and adaptable
Communicating confidently and persuasively in writing and in presentations to clients and internal teams
Supporting revenue growth and identifying opportunities to expand client partnerships
Staying current on industry trends, client business developments, and competitive activity to proactively inform strategy and recommendations
Keeping pace with advancements in AI and emerging technologies, identifying practical opportunities to improve efficiency, enhance deliverables, and drive innovation at CTP
Drafting scopes of work and fee estimates, and tracking client budgets with precision
Mentoring junior team members, providing guidance, direction, and professional development support
Requirements:
Ability to commute to our Boston office 2x/week (Tuesday and Wednesday)
A minimum of 4-6 years experience in Account Management
Former agency experience preferred
Expert proficiency in MS Office Suite & Google Suite
