Job Description

The Account Supervisor/Director will be a critical part of our team, managing client relationships and leading multicultural advertising campaigns.

Job Responsibility

  • Supervising and directing advertising campaigns targeted towards the AAPI community
  • Utilizing true ad agency experience to ensure client satisfaction
  • Leading annual planning efforts for specific accounts
  • Overseeing print advertising initiatives as part of broader campaigns
  • Managing accounts and ensuring the effectiveness of advertising strategies
  • Utilizing skills in account management to maintain strong client relationships

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Account Management, ideally within an agency environment
  • Demonstrable skills in Annual Planning, with a focus on budgeting, forecasting, and strategy development
  • Proficiency in Print Advertising, including creating, implementing, and evaluating campaigns
  • Ability to supervise and direct account teams for efficient and effective client service
  • Strong leadership skills to manage and mentor entry level team members
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams
  • Solid understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and marketing processes
  • Demonstrable ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision making
  • Ability to develop strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field is required
