Working with the global and market leading TENA® brand, you will be responsible for acquiring new business and retaining existing business in Acute and Home Delivery channels. Your activities will support clinicians to make the best choice of TENA continence products to benefit patients, the customer, and Essity. The role is territory based, covering London (within the M25).
Job Responsibility:
Acquire new business and retain existing business in Acute and Home Delivery channels
Support clinicians to make the best choice of TENA continence products
Understand customer needs and market differences in Home Delivery (primary care)
Proactively seek out new business opportunities in the acute sector
Deliver product and educational training to customers, remotely and F2F
Use customer categorisation and CRM tool for call rate and territory planning
Develop and implement Territory Business Plans, monitoring results
Use Marketing campaigns to contribute towards achieving sales results
Produce monthly analysis of business data to identify profitability, revenue opportunities, and business threats
Requirements:

Adept at delivering customer engagement calls and remote training to groups via TEAMs

Reside within the geographic territory
Full driving licence required
Ability to travel to cover the area as needed
Occasional overnight stays as required
