The Account Specialist is responsible for maintaining equipment levels, identifying, and engaging Transportation Service Providers, explaining client requirements, file maintenance, and performing administrative and clerical tasks as needed. This position will work as a liaison between EverDriven and our clients, providing guidance, direction, and feedback to operational managers as well as working in collaboration with EverDriven departments.

Maintain equipment levels
Identify and engage Transportation Service Providers
Explain client requirements
File maintenance
Perform administrative and clerical tasks
Work as a liaison between EverDriven and clients
Provide guidance, direction, and feedback to operational managers
Work in collaboration with EverDriven departments
Build quotes and route analysis
Maintain accurate calendars, setting holidays, early-outs, or assisting with emergency weather updates
Data entry
Requirements:
High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent
Experience routing school transportation is a plus
Computer Literacy skills with Excel and Outlook
Strong verbal and written skills
