We are seeking a detail-oriented and communicative Account Specialist to join a dynamic Small Business Banking team. In this role, you will be a key player in ensuring account compliance and delivering a legendary customer experience. Job Responsibility:
Manage both inbound and outbound calls in a professional contact center environment
Provide high-quality service by addressing inquiries and resolving account issues promptly
Build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless remediation process
Conduct meticulous reviews of customer files to identify discrepancies or missing data
Follow end-to-end procedures for Business Account compliance and documentation
Navigate multiple software platforms simultaneously to update records in real-time
Ensure all prepared documentation accurately reflects the intentions of the client and the business
Requirements:
1+ years of relevant experience, ideally within a banking or financial services contact center
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with CRM tools
Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
comfortable with high-volume phone work
Strong organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and navigate ambiguous business problems
Nice to have:
Familiarity with KYC (Know Your Customer) or KYB (Know Your Business) requirements is highly preferred
