Job Description

We are looking for a data-driven and analytical Account Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage and optimize programmatic campaigns, provide strategic insights, and help clients maximize performance across Amazon DSP and other programmatic channels. You will work with a diverse set of brands from performance-focused advertisers to large enterprises driving both lower-funnel conversions and upper-funnel growth across on-Amazon and off-Amazon environments.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage and optimize Amazon DSP campaigns across full-funnel stages (Awareness, Consideration, Conversion)
  • Plan and execute both on-Amazon and off-Amazon campaigns, including traffic to external websites
  • Build and refine audience strategies (in-market, contextual, lookalike, retargeting, product targeting)
  • Conduct campaign audits and identify optimization opportunities across targeting, creatives, and inventory
  • Analyze performance data and translate it into actionable insights and testing strategies
  • Monitor and optimize key metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, NTB, reach, and frequency
  • Manage budgets, pacing, frequency caps, and day-parting to improve efficiency and scale
  • Leverage Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) for audience insights and performance improvement
  • Recommend the right creative formats (Display, Video, STV) based on campaign objectives
  • Identify growth opportunities including new features, beta programs, and audience expansion
  • Deliver clear, insight-driven reports highlighting performance drivers and opportunities
  • Build strong client relationships by providing strategic recommendations beyond execution
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Analytics, Customer Success) to improve outcomes
  • Educate clients on DSP capabilities, audience strategy, and measurement frameworks
  • Support adoption and effective usage of Intentwise platform features

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Amazon DSP or programmatic advertising
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and programmatic strategy
  • Experience with audience segmentation, retargeting, and campaign setup
  • Ability to manage both performance and brand awareness campaigns
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into insights
  • Excellent communication skills for client-facing reporting and presentations
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field

Nice to have

  • Amazon DSP / Advertising certifications preferred
  • Experience with Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with other DSPs or retail media platforms is a plus
  • Exposure to Sponsored Ads is advantageous
  • Agency or client-facing experience preferred
