We are looking for an organized Account Services Specialist to join our Medical Devices team in Atlanta, Georgia. This Long-term Contract position plays a key role in coordinating the preparation, movement, and tracking of sleep testing equipment while supporting clinics and internal partners with accurate updates and documentation. The person in this role will help keep device operations running smoothly by balancing logistics, recordkeeping, and day-to-day administrative support in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Job Responsibility
Prepare, inspect, and ready sleep testing equipment for patient use, ensuring each device meets quality and usage standards before shipment.
Arrange outbound and return deliveries by creating shipping documentation, coordinating carriers, and monitoring package movement from dispatch through receipt.
Maintain visibility into device inventory by tracking stock levels, shipment status, and turnaround times to support timely fulfillment.
Record order details, shipment activity, and device updates in internal platforms, including Salesforce, with a strong focus on accuracy.
Review incoming and outgoing documentation to confirm required forms and supporting materials are complete and properly filed.
Upload reports and related records into internal databases so information is accessible, current, and compliant with process requirements.
Communicate with clinics, healthcare providers, and internal teams to provide status updates, resolve issues, and support smooth order progression.
Assist with device lifecycle and inventory control activities, including identifying delays, flagging exceptions, and supporting operational projects as needed.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in healthcare administration, medical office support, patient services, medical device operations, logistics, inventory coordination, or a related field.
Background working in a healthcare or regulated environment with an understanding of accuracy and documentation expectations.
Experience supporting shipping, delivery tracking, inventory handling, or other logistics-related functions.
Confidence in handling medical devices and performing basic inspections or quality checks.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using business systems such as Salesforce for tracking and record maintenance.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage data accurately across multiple tasks and systems.
Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities in a fast-moving setting while maintaining clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
