Job Responsibility
Drive business development and market penetration across East and North China by directly capturing and negotiating with tier-1 chain terminals (Western QSR, High-End Chinese Catering, and Institutional Catering)
Move beyond price competition by deploying a strategic Value-Added Services (VAS) approach—introducing tailored menu solutions, culinary insights, and kitchen efficiency optimizations to clients
Manage and optimize the regional distributor network while retaining hands-on ownership of self-sourced terminals, balancing sales forecasting, budgeting, and revenue growth
Requirements
6–10 years of solid foodservice sales and key account management experience within the food, beverage, or premium ingredient industry
Demonstrated success in listing products into major Western QSR chains, casual dining, top-tier Chinese restaurant groups, or contract catering segments
Highly proficient in managing distributor networks while maintaining an aggressive, self-driven approach to secure terminal end-users independently
Strong logical and data analytical skills with financial/budgetary discipline
a business-related degree is highly preferred
Fluent English skills for corporate communication and financial reporting, combined with the structured thinking and ambition required to scale into a national leadership role
