We are looking for a motivated Account Sales representative to help grow our client base across the market and assigned regional territory. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating new business opportunities, building lasting customer partnerships, and taking ownership of the full sales cycle. The role offers a results-oriented environment for a confident seller who can work independently while contributing to overall revenue growth.
Job Responsibility
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective customers within the assigned territory, moving opportunities through each stage of the sales process
Generate new business through prospecting, cold outreach, networking, and consistent follow-up with leads that have relevant experience
Develop strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and presenting solutions that align with their business goals
Lead sales conversations, deliver persuasive presentations, and negotiate agreements that support long-term account growth
Manage day-to-day sales activity, including outreach efforts, appointment coordination, and deal-closing actions
Partner with internal teams to support a smooth client onboarding experience after the sale is finalized
Keep accurate records of customer interactions, pipeline updates, and sales activity to ensure organized account management
Consistently work toward meeting or surpassing revenue objectives and performance expectations set for the territory
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, client acquisition, or a closely related customer-facing role
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, influence decision-makers, and negotiate effectively in a sales setting
Comfortable working independently with strong self-direction and accountability for results
Ability to succeed in a performance-based or commission-focused environment
Strong organizational skills with careful attention to follow-up, recordkeeping, and pipeline management
Proven ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships over time
Experience with sales presentations, prospecting, and cold calling is required
Nice to have
Exposure to industries such as manufacturing, cannabis, or operations is considered an advantage
