We are offering an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented account sales professional. In this role, you will focus on expanding market presence, driving sales, and cultivating long-term relationships with key stakeholders. You will also collaborate with internal teams to deliver custom solutions that align with client needs and project requirements.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive the sales process from lead generation and client acquisition to contract negotiation and deal closure
  • Identify and secure new opportunities with key stakeholders, including developers, procurement teams, architects, and designers
  • Develop strategic plans and execute initiatives that consistently meet or exceed sales targets and company objectives
  • Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to increase visibility and strengthen brand recognition
  • Analyze trends, monitor competitor activity, and gather client feedback to refine product offerings and sales strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailor-made products that align with client needs and project requirements
  • Cultivate long-term partnerships while expanding brand presence

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account sales
  • Proficiency in using 3M
  • Familiarity with accounting software systems
  • Experience with ADP - Financial Services
  • Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
  • Proficiency in CRM tools
  • Experience with About Time software
  • Understanding of accounting and billing functions
  • Experience in budget processes
  • Familiarity with campaign planning
  • Proven business development skills and a track record of success
