In this role, you will manage and nurture our existing client base while driving increased card spend among our SME customers. You’ll engage primarily with SME owner-directors and finance managers, demonstrating the value of our product and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
Proactively encourage and drive increased card spend
Working towards and hitting targets of card spend
Making 25-30 calls a day
Requirements:
Proven experience in account management or sales
A proven track record of working to KPIs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly motivated, competitive spirit and a passion for driving results.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
An understanding of SMEs and their financial workings
