Join our growing team as an Account Resolution Specialist I! This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a new team within a large organization, focusing initially on back-office support before transitioning to client interaction. We are seeking two highly motivated individuals to provide exceptional customer service in a remote/hybrid work environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide inbound and/or outbound support to customers

Requirements:
