Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Account Resolution Senior Manager for Auto Operations. In this role, you will manage a team of Collectors in transactional tasks and various processes to ensure timely completion, quality, and compliance in Collections functional area.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage a team of Collectors in transactional tasks including planning, directing, and evaluating workflow, as well as various processes to ensure timely completion, quality, and compliance in Collections functional area
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development by ensuring coordination of work activities to achieve the volume expected and to meet operational requirements in Collections functional area
  • Make day to day management decisions
  • Resolve issues to monitor work allocation and operations under the direction of senior management by leveraging interpretation of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with immediate Collections team and managers while interacting with external customers
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Account Resolution
  • Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of Account Resolution, customer contact, Customer Service, or Sales environment experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years management or leadership experience

Nice to have:

  • Experience in Auto lending, will consider other Consumer Lending business lines
  • Ability to identify and evaluate exposures and potential risks
  • Experience coaching, mentoring and guiding team member development
  • Experience resolving and working through escalated and/or complex customer issues
  • Ability to strategically analyze data and diagnose opportunities and interventions
  • Ability to drive and lead organizational change in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
