Job Description

Seeking a Post Charge-Off Project Coordinator (Legal & Documentation Support) for a 3–6 month temporary assignment supporting a high-impact post–charge-off initiative. This fully onsite role works closely with the Chief Administrative Officer, Account Resolution Manager, and legal partners to gather, organize, and prepare member documentation for attorney review, support Excel-based tracking and reporting, maintain accurate project files, and help drive critical timelines forward. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, advanced attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and a working knowledge of banking operations, financial terminology, or legal documentation. Requirements

  • Experience supporting account resolution, financial operations, legal documentation, or a related project coordination function

  • Demonstrated attention to detail with the ability to handle sensitive documents accurately and confidentially
  • Familiarity with banking processes, financial terminology, or documentation used in legal or collections-related environments
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting while meeting deadlines and maintaining organized records
