Job Description:

Work as an Account Receivable Officer at Bangkok Marriott Hotel Sukhumvit, handling financial records, organizing files, preparing reports, and assisting guests in a professional manner following company policies and procedures.

Job Responsibility:

Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry and accuracy
organize and maintain files, records, cash and cash equivalents in line with policies
prepare, maintain, and distribute financial and statistical reports
complete period-end closing procedures
prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills and invoices
address guests' needs professionally
support team goals
perform other duties as requested.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 1 year of related work experience
no supervisory experience
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
proficiency in financial and accounting data handling.

Nice to have:

Strong interpersonal skills
ability to address service needs of guests in a timely manner
proficiency in professional communication.
