1-2 years of accounts payable experience

Job Responsibility

Invoice Processing: Handling multi-currency purchase ledger invoices for various vessels, both electronically and by post
Monitoring Systems: Keeping the I2P Mariapps system updated and addressing any supplier payment queries
Accounts Payable/Receivable: Reconciliation of accounts payable ledger accounts and performing account payable reconciliations
Cashier Function: Managing outstanding invoice lists for approvals
Financial Reporting: Conducting balance sheet reconciliations related to agent advances
General Duties: Data processing, filing, photocopying, and other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager

Requirements

College education or equivalent experience in finance or administrative positions
Two (2) to five (5) year's experience with a Finance Department, preferably within a hotel
