We are looking for an Account Opening Operations Lead to own the operational stability and continuous improvement of digital onboarding platforms supporting multiple banking products.
Job Responsibility:
Own the operational stability of account opening and digital onboarding applications
Manage, prioritise and resolve incidents and operational backlog
Perform root cause analysis and drive long-term fixes
Coordinate bug fixes and enhancements with development teams
Act as the main point of contact between business and IT stakeholders
Lead and support a small operations team
Introduce and maintain structured processes and documentation
Ensure transparency and reporting via Jira and Confluence
Requirements:
Strong experience in IT operations, application support or delivery environments
Fluent Italian speaker (C1 level or higher)
Proven stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in complex systems landscapes
Hands-on, proactive problem-solving mindset
Solid understanding of system integrations, APIs (REST / SOAP) and Java-based environments
Nice to have:
Experience with Spring Boot, GCP, PostgreSQL
Exposure to monitoring and logging tools (Dynatrace, Splunk)
Familiarity with ServiceNow and hybrid (on-prem & cloud) environments
